FOUNDERS
MARK GREENBERG (Managing Director) has over 15
years of hands on experience in the entertainment industry. He combines
talents from numerous artistic disciplines. He is a creative force
who has produced a remarkable catalog of artistic works/recordings,
television productions, stage performances, film and television
appearances.
Mark's career was rooted early on. At the age 14, he started to
play drums. Thanks to round the clock practice and the unwavering
support of his parents, Virginia and Avrom "Hank" Greenberg,
he was quickly a sought after musical talent performing with the
CT Regional & All State Bands and then with the McDonald's All
American Marching & Jazz Honors Bands. Inspired by those experiences,
and the privilege of playing alongside some world acclaimed musicians,
he decided to make performing his career. Committed to his craft,
he packed up his drums, confidence and passion, and moved to Boston
to study music at the world renowned Berklee College of Music.
While in Boston at Berklee, Mark worked with some of the finest
talent in the industry and was soon recognized by The National Endowment
for the Arts with three separate Jazz Fellowship Grants, a full
Scholarship to Berklee and other awards from Gospel and Jazz organizations.
Mark gained significant exposure in the industry and performed with
the Walt Disney All American College Bands for two summers. At college,
he relentlessly worked to refine his interactive and improvisational
approach to performing through intense study with world renowned
teachers Ed Soph, Alan Dawson, Gary Chaffee, Ian Froman & Joe
Hunt.
After graduating from Berklee, Mark vaulted onto the music scene
as an international performer, drummer and producer. His broad talent
base took him around the globe, enabling him to work with an array
of legendary artists ranging the spectrum of styles from rock to
jazz, blues to funk, and even some classical. He has shared the
stage and/or recorded with Dickey Betts & Great Southern (The
Allman Brothers Band), The Dave Matthews Band, Roomful Of Blues,
Ronnie Earl, Bob Weir & Ratdog, Jimmy McGriff, Lee Roy Parnell,
Billy Bob Thorton, Moe., Tongue n' Groove (Deep Banana Blackout),
Roy Hargrove, The Doobie Brothers, The Charlie Daniels Band, Larry
Coryell, Joss Stone, Bill Simms, Pimp The Cat, The Dana Fuchs Band,
and many others. His own band Pimp the Cat (comprised of former
Great Southern Band members) is signed to the Japanese label Keni
International.
Mark's a natural on stage, whether performing in a stadium in front
of 80,000 fans in South America or a packed house at the legendary
Bitter End in New York City. He can hold the listeners ear and the
viewer’s eye, a combination that did not go overlooked by
agents who saw his natural foray into modeling and acting.
Armed with undeniable charisma – smoldering good looks --
and a highly adaptable style , Mark almost immediately, landed several
diverse roles as an actor alongside such notables as Brooke Shields
in "Lipstick Jungle", Sitcom (Feb 2008), Clive Owen in
"The International", Action Movie (Fall 2008), "Conviction"
Drama (2007) and "The Ninja Burglar" Short Comedy (2008).

CYNTHIA DIBARTOLO, ESQ. has over 22 years of accomplishment-laden
experience with Fortune 500 companies, driving achievement in revenue
growth, brand expansion, product launch and new offerings. Her ability
to set the overall vision and strategy for a company propelled her
career at Merrill Lynch, Citigroup and Bear Stearns. Her impressive
track record in sales, risk management and relationship management
contributed significantly to the firms’ profitability.
Beginning her career as an attorney on Wall Street, Cynthia developed
excellent analytical and sharp problem solving skills and segued
into the role of a Compliance Director at Smith Barney. Demonstrating
her strong business acumen, competitive drive and depth of product
knowledge, Cynthia distinguished herself as a leader earning a coveted
position in Management within the Private Client Group at Smith
Barney. Under her leadership, she was responsible overseeing the
sales of 75 financial consultants generating $41 million in annual
gross production with $8 billion in assets under management.
Leveraging an ever-expanding portfolio of qualifications spanning
sales, relationship management and general management core competencies,
Cynthia proved time and again, her flexibility in responding to
changes from transactional sales to a relationship driven model.
She is recognized for deepening client relationships in the Americas,
Europe and Asia by implementing a sales strategy to proactively
mine a multibillion dollar portfolio for cross sell opportunities
thus, effectively intersecting the client needs with broader firm
capabilities. Tasked with providing leadership through new offerings,
growth and turnaround situations, she repeatedly proved her ability
to deliver strong and sustained results.
In her role at Citibank, Cynthia surpassed her margin goals with
double-digit returns by taking her sales force “beyond the
transactional cross sell” and instilling a holistic approach
to financial planning. Her philosophical approach generated annual
gross client revenues of $24 million. Based on these achievements,
Cynthia was asked to spearhead the turnaround of under-performing
“franchises” within the New York Region as a Sales Development
Officer. She was responsible for a Region comprised of $10 billion
in total Citibank footings, 30 Financial Centers and 625 associates.
Cynthia implemented a relationship model (beyond transactional cross
sell strategies) and almost immediately, was able to orchestrate
the delivery of Citigroup’s vast product platform to drive
revenue and strengthen the entirety of the client relationships
by working closely with internal partners. Her strategy contributed
to unprecedented increases in operating margin with gross revenues
of $446 million and eye popping net revenues of $340 million.
An out of the box thinker, Cynthia is also credited as the visionary
leader behind a joint venture plan between Smith Barney and Citicorp
Investment Services to develop offerings for the mass affluent market
segment. Using her keen analytical ability she was able to identify
the key attitudes and behaviors of affluent and mass affluent investors
and structure an offering with a targeted value proposition. Cynthia
spearheaded a cross functional team, collaborating with associates
from Finance, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Legal and Compliance
areas to pilot and roll out the Mass Affluent Offering with seamless
implementation. Cynthia set aggressive goals for the project team
and achieved those milestones. Under her leadership, the pilot produced
leading sales results and a decision was made to integrate Citicorp
Investment Services with Smith Barney.
Cynthia parlayed her in house corporate achievements into a global
financing consultancy practice, Wharton International--- bridging
the gap between select industry sectors, finance and today's “new
order” by providing expertise in business consulting, financial
strategies and industry sector advisory services to clients. She
leverages a borderless network of associate consultants, analysts
and financial services experts that form robust teams to address
a client’s business strategy development.
Acting as a single point of contact, Cynthia provided transactional
legal services, production legal services, consultation services
for project financing and distribution and producers’ representation.
Her client base includes production companies, independent producers,
directors, writers, actors, musicians other talent involved in all
aspects of the entertainment, communications, and multimedia business.
Among her clients were New York’s legendary CBGB & Omfug,
MCSAT (Monte Carlo Satellite Television in Monaco), Ocean Wave Productions,
RAW Productions, Hearst Entertainment, NBA Hall of Fame Player &
Television Personality Walter Frazier, Pangea Productions for Rai
Radiotelevisione Italiana and The World Music Awards
Cynthia earned a Juris doctorate from Villanova University, School
of Law and is admitted to the bars of State of New York, New Jersey
and Connecticut. She holds a Series 7, 63 and 8, as well as Life
and Health Insurance Licenses.
